We also see detrimental environmental effects of disposable PPE overuse, and have realized that there has got to be a better way. This is why we craft all of AmorSui’s products and services around our core principle of “Modern PPE Done Right.” We prioritize quality, fit, and reusability over cheap, flimsy, and wasteful incumbent products.

Fit means everything to us. Our belief is that PPE should enhance your work performance instead of hindering it. It is unacceptable for PPE to make you feel uncomfortable or cause unnecessary injuries because it does not fit well. Because of this, we offer extended sizing for all of our PPE products, especially for individuals with smaller frames. We currently offer true-to-size XS-XL, and plan to offer additional sizes in the future. While we can, we also strive to incorporate design elements that allow for gender- and size-fluidity so you can personalize our apparel to fit your unique body shape. If you are washing our products yourself, just follow the cleaning instructions on the product page. For your convenience, we also offer gowns and lab jackets memberships where we take care of cleaning these products for you through our Viridi platform. You just get fresh items delivered to you, easy breezy!

Yes! For purchases of 50 or more items, or memberships with 100 items or more per week, please fill in the form to join our crew program. Benefits include custom color, logo, embroidery, and a dedicated relationship manager to create a personalized plan to fit your needs.

Purchase of at least 50 items or memberships with at least 100 items per week are eligible for a custom color, logo, and embroidery. This customization option is available for any product, as long as it is one type of product. In other words, you cannot mix and match products to meet the 50-item purchase or 100-item membership subscription.

Yes. While you can keep products from AmorSui memberships, we recommend purchasing a new gown or a lab jacket of the same design from our website.

While we love having you in our movement to reimagine the future of PPE, we understand that it may not work for everyone all the time. If you need to cancel or pause your subscription, kindly do so at least five business days before your next delivery. We would appreciate your feedback to improve the process, and will welcome you back anytime when you are ready to reactivate your membership!

Your item typically gets cleaned 1-2 days after it is picked up from your clinic.

During the checkout process, you will be directed to a window to schedule your deliveries and pick-ups from available times in your area. These dates can be modified in future orders by emailing us at info@amorsuiclothing.com.

Cleanliness is especially important to us, which is why we’ve partnered with certified medical laundry vendors to handle the cleaning of your gowns and lab jackets. Each item is thoroughly washed with detergents with anti-infective agents at a steamy hot temperature designed to eliminate any toxic contamination and dangerous microbes. In addition, each item is subjected to rigorous wear and tear inspection between each wash. We also closely monitor the number of times each item is washed to ensure that items are not overused and get recycled after the recommended number of washes.

Sustainability is not easy, but it is the right thing to do. We take a holistic approach to sustainable PPE, one focused on circular concepts. We start by selecting the components of our PPE to be 100% recyclable. We also create our products and processes for reusability to reduce the volume of disposable, one-time product uses. Finally, we identify partners who can repurpose our products into something useful. Right now, our gowns and lab jackets are recycled to power cities. In the future, we are working to turn them back into threads, so no waste is left behind.

The use of disposable PPE detrimentally affects the environment through the filling of landfills, release of toxic greenhouse gases, and over-consumption of water and energy. Reusable PPE is the answer to reduce waste and waste costs, but traditional processes for such products are complex. AmorSui believes in the power of collective action to solve environmental issues. We help our customers measure their impact and engineer products and processes to help them make the switch to better PPE. Through our platform Viridi (“green” in Latin), membership subscriptions of up to and over 100 items per month get free access to real-time environmental impact reporting to monitor their sustainability progress.

Each gown and lab jacket can be washed up to 50 times.

Our sophisticated wash tracking technology allows us to closely monitor wash tracking for each item to ensure that products are not overused. When AmorSui products approach end-of-life, they are shipped to our partner who will recycle your PPE to power cities at no cost to you. All order over $100 are eligible for free express shipping in the US. Membership subscriptions include free deliveries and pickups.

All AmorSui purchase orders are typically dispatched from our factory within 5-7 days. Membership subscriptions are delivered on a weekly or twice a week basis. A personalized plan can be arranged for multiple deliveries for membership subscriptions of over 100 items per week.

AmorSui purchases with no wear and tear are eligible for our free returns and exchanges policy within 30 days of purchase. Contact info@amorsuiclothing.com to initiate the process. Membership subscriptions are eligible for one-time free “Fit Do-over”. If the first delivery does not fit, you can contact us at info@amorsuiclothing.com to arrange different sizes to be sent at no cost to you.

Membership subscriptions are eligible for a one-time loss waiver. We also cover minor tears or spills because accidents happen!
