When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-Order Lab Coats will ship in early 2024. If your order contains both pre-ordered lab coats and in-stock items, the in-stock items will partially ship as soon as possible. Please don’t hesitate to email us at info@amorsui.com.

How do I track my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with the order confirmation number. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Contact us at info@amorsui.com with any further questions.
How do I care for my lab coat?
Wash using normal cycle with similar colored fabrics at low temperatures (not more than 104℉ or 40℃) with commercial detergents or soaps.
Do not leave your jacket or gown soaking and do not use softening agents. Rinse thoroughly. Tumble dry on delicate or permanent press cycle at low temperature (not more than 230℉ or 110℃).
Do not twist or wring. Do not iron.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?
Free returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@amorsui.com. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all garment tags attached. We will closely examine each return to assure it has not been worn.
We are unable to offer exchanges. We ask that you return your order for a refund following our instructions above and purchase your desired item(s) following our standard ordering process.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the order, including changing the shipping address.
